FEIN has commissioned Smart Commerce to create an assessment of the business plan for a new online portal. The assessment included an evaluation of the business concept and its main elements such as products, portfolio, pricing, customers, market, marketing plan, online portal processes, operations and IT, as well as organization and financial plan. The general feasibility and achievability of the goals were assessed. Additionally, an initial risk assessment ("Risk Inventory") was conducted. The customer benefit of the assessment lay in the plausibility check of the business concept and the verification of the business plan, including the financial plan, by an independent expert.
